With a colourful and illustrious career in luxury hospitality and international event management as well as a stint as a publicist to the South African entertainment industry, Lance has a unique understanding of the needs of both the corporate and leisure traveller as well as an intrinsic understanding of what exceptional service entails. It is attention to detail that sets him apart from everyone else. Lance believes that his ethos, values and focus on being exceptional are what has enabled him to successfully carve a niche in the luxury experiential travel market. Together with his husband, partner and best friend David, he has recently returned to South Africa after spending three years living in and exploring Southeast Asia and Indochina, enabling them to better understand these destinations, the products available and how best to tailor these to create exceptional experiences for the South African and global travel markets.

Working with companies like Deutsche Bank, Netcare and Investec has given David unique insight into the needs of corporate travellers and the ability to translate these needs into outstanding service levels across the board with all his clients. Having recently returned to South Africa with his husband and partner, Lance, after three years of living in and exploring Southeast Asia and Indochina, David believes that the key to success is giving and then giving some more.
